MIE'S FULL STORY

I was battling pain for a long time and pain was controlling my life. I tried everything I could to escape from constant pain but it didn't work at all. Finally I started to consider having a surgery to relive my excruciating pain. Dr. Fujita was very kind and understood my situation, and I knew I was good hands. So I decided to have a surgery. Also, I was curious about new [da Vinci] robotic system too.
Now I'm very happy living without pain -- no more trips to ER or pain pills and calling sick . I can't believe it's real!! I [had really] thought, "I can't live another day with this pain." Dr Fujita and staff were really great!!

While clinical studies support the effectiveness of the da VinciĀ® System when used in minimally invasive surgery, individual results may vary. Surgery with the da Vinci Surgical System may not be appropriate for every individual. Always ask your doctor about all treatment options, as well as their risks and benefits.
